Thursday Workout

Thursday was the only day I had off this week. My father has gotten very ill and I needed to help him out luckily I had other family members come and help out. So that gave me some time to rest and workout. I did not know when I would have gotten another day off I decided to workout as hard as I could so that I can make the workout “last” or try to make myself as sore as possible

11 rounds
12 clapping push-ups
12 Kettle bell Swings
8 Bent over rows(each arm)
12 Goblet Squats
Sprint 300 yards( 3 down and backs on basketball court)
1 min rest

Medicine Ball tosses
Tabata on Eliptical

Lifting
Power Cleans 4×5
Front Squat 4×5
Farmer walks 3 x 25 yard walks
Plank series 1 min
I Started my conditioning pretty good but when I got to the 30 min mark I really started to hit the wall. This circuit is no joke especially the sprinting after the squats. I am still trying my best. I am glad that I switched up my program. I think if you stay in a routine too long you will either get bored or your body will no longer adapt to the program. Its best to always throwing in some variations to your program.
