ToughMudder Georgia 2012

Well my race was this Saturday and it was one hell of  a race 12 miles of obstacles and cold weather and electric shock. It was a pain in the rear end. But when you cross that finish line you will get the greatest feeling of accomplishment. If it wasn’t for the cold weather I probably would have posted a better time but excuses are for the weak. Overall if you wanted something to test your fitness a toughmudder is something to look into. I will post some tips in another post

  1. I have a lot of friends who are trying to get me to try one. These tough mudders have attracted a cult like following and the of the bond peope who run them together is strong. I’m tempted. Is this your first one?

    1. That was my first Toughmudder I have ran a USC Mud Run in Columbia Sc last October( it was 5.5 miles). I enjoyed the run I wouldn’t say I am part of a cult. I just did the run out of curiosity I always wanted to try some distance running because that area is weakest for me. So I saw this on a whelm and thought I would give it a try. Now would I ever do a Toughmudder in the winter time again? That would be a big Heck no in the spring/summer yes. It was definitely way too cold.
