Training Log 2/4/2013

Dumbbell Bench Press 3×5 95lbs
Landmine Single leg RDL 3 x 8 80lbs

RFESS 3 x 5 155Lbs
Chin ups 3 x 6 Body weight + 30lbs

Stir the Pot 2 x 30 secs stir one direction switch direction at 15 seconds
Ball roll out 2 x 30 secs Keep good posture for 30 secs 

Run 3mins Walk for 2 mins repeat x 6

Stretch and Foam roll
