This was my workout for Wednesday February6th

Cardio 
2 min run: 1 min walk                                         total time 30mins

Strength Training

Hang Clean                                                             2 x 5 @ 185lbs 1 x 5  205 lbs
Anti rotation Press                                             3 x 10 35 lbs

DB Standing Shoulder press                            3 x 5  75 lbs
Lateral Squat                                                         3 x 6 ea 85 lbs

Good Mornings                                                    2 x 8  185 lbs
1 x 8   205 lbs

DB Batwings                                                           3 x 5( 5 sec holds) 50 lbs

Foam roll 
Calfs
Hamstrings
Glutes
Adductors
TFL( IT band)
Back
Quads
